Sales Engineer

to work directly with the CEO and Founding GTM Lead to shape the technical sales motion from the ground up. The right candidate will architect and lead early proofs-of-value, translate complex enterprise environments into compelling demos, and serve as the technical bridge between customers and engineering. Over time, this role can scale into leading solutions engineering as the company grows. What You’ll Do Partner on early enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close Lead technical discovery to understand customer systems, workflows, and data environments Design and execute structured proofs-of-value Build tailored demos that reflect real customer data and workflows Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback Work directly with engineering to shape integrations, architecture, and roadmap Help define the technical sales playbook from 0→1 They’re looking for someone technical, entrepreneurial, and customer-facing — someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help build the foundation of a company. Must Have: 3–10 years of experience Prior experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role Experience in a high-growth startup environment or as a founder Ability to operate in unstructured environments and build technical processes from scratch Based in San Francisco and excited to work in-person
