What You’ll Do Site Leadership & Daily Field Operations
Oversee multiple active construction sites, ensuring steady progress across all phases
Lead daily jobsite operations: scheduling trades, monitoring crews, and maintaining site organization
Manage inspections, coordinate with local building officials, and ensure code compliance
Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site safety meetings
Maintain clean, secure, well‑organized jobsites that reflect JS PRO's reputation for excellence
Quality Control & Construction Execution
Review plans, elevations, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
Perform regular quality checks and proactively resolve construction issues
Monitor deliveries, materials, and staging to keep sites running efficiently
Complete punch lists and final walk‑through preparation with precision
Scheduling, Coordination & Communication
Create and maintain week‑by‑week schedules and look‑ahead plans
Track progress, delays, milestones, and hold subs accountable for timelines
Manage change orders and onsite scope adjustments with clarityProvide consistent updates to Project Manager and ownership
Communicate professionally with homeowners, trades, vendors, engineers, and inspectors
Documentation & Reporting
Use JobTread (or similar software) for daily logs, photos, progress notes, and updates
Verify completed work before approving invoices or payment requests
Help maintain job budgets through careful oversight of labor, subs, and materials
What We Are Looking For
5+ years as a Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or Lead Carpenter running residential job sites
Experience managing multiple construction projects at once
Strong knowledge of custom home building, coastal construction, and field sequencing
Skilled at coordinating trades across framing, MEP, finishes, and exterior scopes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency with construction management software (JobTread preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a drug test
Comfortable commuting to job sites within 45 miles of West Creek, NJ
