Reports to:
Manager, Fan Services
The Fan Services Representative will be responsible for greeting fans and directing them throughout Dodger Stadium, distributing information, and handling fan comments and concerns. The Representative will lead communication and forge relationships with Dodger fans.
Greet guests and provide them with Dodger Stadium information (directions, club history, policies and procedures, etc.)
Address guests’ concerns, complaints and compliments in a professional and timely manner
Input and track fan data into the customer service system
Ensure concerns are addressed and communicated to management
Work closely with all other departments to resolve issues
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to ensure a positive fan experience
Provide random acts of kindness for our guests, especially children and those visiting Dodger Stadium for special occasions
Perform related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements / Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience
Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with guests and community members
Positive, approachable, and friendly demeanor
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
English proficiency; knowledge of Spanish, Korean, Chinese, or Japanese is preferred
Ability to stand 4–7 hours per shift, walk, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
Availability to work evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
