Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and outcomes
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate advice
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
Utilize marketing strategies and digital tools to promote listings and build a personal brand within the community
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Proficient in real estate software and technology tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
