
Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes across our China offices. This role partners closely with business leaders of Shanghai and Shenzhen offices to source, attract, and secure high-caliber talent aligned with both regional and global hiring strategies. The recruiter will strengthen employer brand, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with local employment practices.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for our China offices (Shanghai and Shenzhen), from drafting job postings and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Partner closely with hiring managers across functions to understand workforce plans, define selection criteria, and identify best-fit talent.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking and market mapping.
Manage and continuously update candidate databases to support future hiring needs.
Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth integration experience.
Maintain timely and accurate employee data within the Workday system.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus hiring initiatives, and recruitment events across China offices.
Support and organize local office events, including employee engagement activities and CSR programs.
Contribute to HR initiatives and employer branding projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a business-related discipline.
At least 6 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience, ideally in multinational companies and fast-paced environments.
Proven background as a Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role, with strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, agile, and effective at execution and follow-through.
Strong understanding of China labor laws and local benefits policies, specifically in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across the 2 China offices and engage effectively with candidates.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office.
