
Position Summary
We are seeking a
Contract Corporate Recruiter
to support hiring initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting activities, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. This is a temporary, contract-based engagement designed to provideimmediate recruitment capacity in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and success profiles
Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and candidate feedback
Drive alignment and momentum throughout the hiring process
Candidate Experience
Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate journey
Maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates
Represent the company culture, expectations, and value proposition effectively
Process & Execution Excellence
Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, standards, and timelines
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications Required
Proven recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or blended background)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience recruiting for sales or professional services roles
Familiarity with ATS and CRM recruiting tools
Experience working in performance-driven or metrics-focused cultures
