Your role is vital in providing high-level administrative, project, and operational support to multiple executives. Work closely with senior leadership to proactively identify their needs and challenges, ensuring that all preparations are in place for their success while managing confidential projects with sound judgment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily administrative services for eligible partners and directors.
Utilizing specialized knowledge to make independent decisions that fulfill project and operational objectives.
Applying a strong understanding of business priorities to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Identifying and resolving administrative challenges to improve overall efficiency.
Building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders and their support teams.
Safeguarding confidential information and managing records securely.
Creating and editing business documents in collaboration with executives.
Coordinating executive projects and managing communication with service line personnel.
Analyzing market and budget reports while preparing tracking reports and meeting materials.
Effectively managing complex calendars in a fast-paced environment.
Arranging travel and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.

To qualify for this position, you must have:
A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5-7 years in a similar role.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed and willingness to travel.
A commitment to working primarily onsite at designated EY office locations.
Ideally, you will have:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a large organization.
Experience in project coordination.
