
Grappone is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Counter person with a positive attitude.
CDK experience is helpful but not necessary.
The ideal candidate
Excellent communication skills.
Interacts well with others and is a positive influence on morale.
Converses effectively/efficiently regarding guest parts status.
Reads and understands the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.
Answers phone calls and provides price quotes.
Makes suggestions when appropriate regarding specific parts and accessories that may be needed for each job.
Responsibilities
Works with drivers to coordinate deliveries and pickups as needed.
Works with Outside Sales Reps with new account leads.
Keeps inventory control system and parts catalog up to date.
Is polite and friendly, greets guests promptly, and delivers exceptional customer service.
Actively seeks and obtains a thorough knowledge of parts history, merchandise, and automobile service.
Works with parts manager and aids in reaching set goals for profitability and sales of parts and accessories.
Hours are: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm. One Saturday a month 8:00am – 1:00pm.
A pre-employment drug screening, physical, and criminal background check are required of this position.
