Job Description Summary / Objective The Senior Business Consultant analyzes customer needs, educates clients on ERP software functionality, and leads implementation efforts to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. This role serves as a strategic advisor and primary liaison between the company and the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Functions
Conduct initial needs assessments of business processes through research and stakeholder interviews.
Meet regularly with customers to report on gaps, strategies, and project progress.
Track and manage customer issues through resolution.
Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and implementation plans.
Guide customers in executing the prescribed strategy.
Outline project tasks and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as liaison between the company and customer.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Follow predefined company procedures for projects and tasks.
Identify root causes of business challenges and formulate effective solutions.
Provide guidance for recurring problems, challenges, or operational patterns.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Education & Experience
10+ years of successful experience as a Business Consultant
Broad business knowledge across Training, Manufacturing, Accounting, IT, and related areas
High level of competence in business management software (CRM, ERP, databases)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Certification as a Management Consultant (a plus)
Proven track record of creative problem-solving and communicating complex concepts clearly
Excellent research, data collection, and analytical skills
Hybrid role based in Bridgman, MI
Regional remote candidates considered
Must be authorized to work in the United States
