Job Description Summary / Objective The Business Consultant will analyze customer needs, educate clients on ERP software functionality, and support successful implementation efforts. This role serves as a trusted advisor and liaison between the company and the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Functions
Conduct initial needs assessments through research and client interviews
Meet regularly with customers to report on gaps, strategies, and project progress
Track and manage customer issues through resolution
Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and implementation plans
Guide customers in implementing recommended strategies
Outline project tasks and coordinate execution
Address questions, concerns, and challenges throughout the project
Act as liaison between company and customer
Follow predefined B&L procedures for projects and tasks
Identify root causes of business challenges and formulate effective solutions
Provide guidance on recurring issues or problematic patterns
Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
5–7 years of successful experience as a Project Consultant
Broad business knowledge across IT, Training, Manufacturing, Accounting, and related functions
High competence in business management software (CRM, ERP, databases)
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Certification as a Management Consultant (a plus)
Proven ability to solve complex problems and clearly communicate complex concepts
Hybrid role based in Bridgman, MI
Regional remote candidates considered
Must be authorized to work in the United States
