IvyWise is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to become a vital part of our growing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a love for working with people. A bachelor's degree, relevant client support experience, and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. Previous experience in selective college admissions, education management, or student counseling is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Manage a roster of college admissions counselors and serve as the program manager for all clients enrolled in those counselors' IvyWise programs.
Conduct regular communication with students and families to ensure their IvyWise experience exceeds expectations.
Monitor program pacing and milestones for all assigned students, meticulously tracking progress and anticipating potential issues.
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to proactively address any client concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
Supervise counselor reporting on session time and payroll.
Stay informed on all college admissions news, trends, and updates.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be highly organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Furthermore, a creative and independent mindset combined with the ability to work collaboratively is crucial. Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, including a client-facing role; previous exposure to selective college admissions or education preferred.
Experience with an international or luxury brand, or as an executive or personal assistant to C-level clients, is a plus.
A commitment to delivering best-in-class service and client experience.
Strong written communication skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce is advantageous.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional editing abilities.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative.
Confidence and agility in troubleshooting any arising issues.
Discretion and a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of students and families.
