About The Job As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving strategic planning, development, and go-to-market execution for the expansion of Taco Bell’s beverage-centric Live Más Café store concept, spanning both national initiatives and store experiences in partnership with internal and external cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial with the ability to think big, bring a distinctive POV, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. This person can inspire cross-functional teams, driving ideas to action, while continually measuring and optimizing efforts to accelerate growth and business impact.

The Day-to-Day:

Manage day-to-day Live Más Café workstream, overseeing multiple facets spanning across beverage menu innovation, store design, and operational frameworks to ensure scalable success.

Lead a cross-functional team on Live Mas Café to plan & deliver the innovation pipeline, product launches, and limited time offers.

Lead the strategy and execution of 2026 U.S. market expansion, defining objectives, shaping test design, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, capture key learnings, and build the blueprint for future national scale.

Drive cross-functional leadership alignment discussions to progress key workstreams and projects, including but not limited to product exploration, creative development, merchandising briefs and launch plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Consumer Insights, Food Innovation, Brand, Finance, Tech, and Operations on product commercialization, forecasting and performance reporting, local store marketing, and overall go-to-market execution of new store launches.

Translate business insights and consumer learnings into strategic tactics and levers that continue sustain store Live Más Café performance and drive incremental growth.

Engage and coordinate with key franchisee partner, maintaining regular touchpoints and alignment to support store-level launches and drive consistent operational success.

Coach and develop a product marketing team to enable and deliver key goals & responsibilities.

Is This You?

BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred.

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years on well-established CPG product or in QSR/Restaurant industry preferred.

Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills.

Experience developing and tracking Marketing KPIs.

Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative leadership style.

Genuine passion for food and customer experience.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills.

Salary Range: $137,900 to $155,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
