
Parttime evening opportunity that is a 4 month seasonal project, supporting customer communications.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound shareholder calls and email inquiries
Provide clear, professional assistance using scripted guidance
Help callers understand voting processes and ballot items
Process requests for proxy materials and update votes
Navigate multiple systems using dual monitors
Meet call metrics and quality standards
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED
1+ year contactcenter customer service experience
6+ months outbound calling experience (within last 24 months)
Ability to persuade customers to complete required actions
Clear, professional speaking voice; ability to read scripts verbatim
Ability to remain calm and effective in fast paced or stressful situations
Equipment Requirements
Company provided laptop
Candidate must supply a USB headset and second monitor
Ability to hardwire into home internet
Internet minimum: 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Physical address required for equipment delivery (no PO boxes)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
