Overview Join an elite residential property management team overseeing ~500 multifamily units across ~40 buildings in dynamic Miami. We’re searching for a proactive, structured, and detailed Property Manager to:
Drive on‑site operational excellence, including conducting inspections, documenting needs, setting priorities, and ensuring standards are met.
Lead renewal conversations with residents, negotiating renewals and rent adjustments.
Oversee maintenance workflows, assigning tasks to maintenance techs and vendors, ensuring completion, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Partner daily with Assistant PM, leasing staff, maintenance, and regional leadership to improve processes.
Produce concise daily reports and attend a brief morning meeting to align priorities.
Use AppFolio + Microsoft Office + SharePoint to manage leases, work orders, communications, and compliance.

Requirements
Residential multifamily property management experience (2–3+ years)
Bilingual Spanish (read/write) – professional fluency
Local to the Miami area (onsite role; daily property visits required)
Nice to have Please no HOA or condo‑only experience – multifamily management is essential.
Schedule & Logistics
Onsite 5x per week — visit multiple properties within a ~5mi radius (inspections, vendor coordination, move‑outs)
Work hours: 7:55amam–5:00pm
