Role Description We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Dallas team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing customer requests efficiently, delivering helpful guidance, fostering positive client relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate information and solutions regarding merchant accounts and payment processing
Troubleshoot issues and guide clients through processes step-by-step
Document interactions and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Maintain a positive, professional tone while supporting a variety of client needs
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Ability to enhance Customer Experience and build lasting client relationships
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software is a plus
Punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in business or related fields are an advantage
