About the Role
We are partnering with a leading thirdparty financial services organization seeking
Remote Bilingual French & Spanish Customer Service Agents . In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for French/Spanish and English-speaking customers, assisting with insurance-related inquiries tied to auto loans and leases.
This position is strictly
informational support - not sales and not collections.
You will contact customers on behalf of major financial and automotive institutions to verify insurance details, resolve documentation issues, and ensure all insurance requirements are met.

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2 French positions:
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM / Saturday shift
2 Spanish positions:
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
Make approximately
14 outbound/inbound calls per hour ; phone-based role 100% of the day.
Contact customers to resolve insurance discrepancies, such as cancellations, missing documents, or payment issues.
Verify insurance information directly with insurance agents (e.g., confirming deductibles).
Upload and accurately document information in internal systems.
Leave
client approved scripted messages
when unable to reach agents.
Maintain confidentiality of all customer, client, and company data.
Resolve insurance-related problems and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Process policy documents quickly and accurately.
Assist other departments as needed depending on workflow.
Meet performance expectations for productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Training Three-week paid training schedule:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Includes classroom instruction, system training, job shadowing, and monitored calls.
At the end of week 3, employees must pass an assessment with an
80% or higher
to move to their assigned shift. If unsuccessful, one additional week is provided for retesting. Failure to meet expectations results in assignment termination.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, office, or similar)
Ability to type 30+ WPM
Comfortable working on the phone all day
Fluent in English and French or Spanish
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
