Role Overview We are seeking a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
to support customers, drivers, and business partners while ensuring excellent service delivery. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring delivery progress, and managing claims in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and partners via phone and email
Resolve complaints calmly and professionally
Monitor delivery routes and provide updates
Handle member claims within required timelinesConduct outbound survey calls
Diagnose and resolve service issues
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bilingual
English / Spanish
(Required)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year customer service / call center experience
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
