
Customer Service Representative
Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a part-time opportunity in Brookshire, TX. In this role, you will ensure delivery of outstanding service by supporting customers, business partners, and drivers while helping the organization meet and exceed service commitments. Responsibilities Assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-focused manner Diagnosing, assessing, and resolving customer issues and concerns Monitoring the progress of delivery routes and service commitments Handling member claims and settling them within company-required timeframes Conducting outbound survey calls to gather customer feedback Documenting interactions accurately within internal systems Qualifications What You'll Need to Excel Minimum Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Work Schedule & Details Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Position Type: Part-time (2530 hours per week) Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week Shifts may include: 6:00 AM
