Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner Diagnosing, assessing, and resolving customer issues related to deliveries and service commitments Monitoring the progress of large-scale delivery routes and proactively identifying potential service delays Communicating route updates and service issues to customers, drivers, and internal teams Documenting interactions, resolutions, and service updates accurately within internal systems Qualifications
What You'll Need to Excel
Minimum Requirements:
Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and deliver effective solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience Experience monitoring delivery routes or logistics operations at scale Strong customer service skills with the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to thrive under pressure while exceeding customer expectations Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Work Schedule & Details
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Saturday Shift availability between 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM
