Product Marketing Manager — RFPs
3–5 month contract
Location: Remote, SF Bay Preferred for occasional meetings
Pay rate: $70/hour. – $80/hour. W2
The Opportunity
The Sage Group’s client, is seeking a contractor to support
finalist‑stage RFP execution.
This role will both focus on RFP drafting RFP responses and identifying themes across RFPs to strengthen Product Marketing’s insights of prospect needs, competitive patterns, and positioning opportunities. This role combines writing excellence and insight‑driven thinking.
What You Will Do
Support end‑to‑end RFP management, delivering accurate, consistent, on‑time submissions.
Identify patterns across RFP questions, prospect asks, and competitor mentions to surface themes and opportunities back to the Product Marketing team.
Synthesize findings into clear insights that inform messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure RFP responses reflect current product, service, and compliance standards.
What You Bring
4+ years marketing background + experience with RFPs or similar structured response processes.
Experience delivering Healthcare related RFP’s is a must have
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill qualitative inputs into actionable insights.
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
Self‑starter who operates independently and proactively.
