
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative

This role will support our Customer Care Department in providing exemplary customer service to any type of caller needing assistance. The ideal candidate must portray a positive and outgoing personality, effective written and verbal communication skills are critical, as well as strong phone skills. The ability to effectively manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is a must. The capability to work well alone or in a team environment is important as well.
Responsibilities
To manage any inbound and outbound calls with clear communication demonstrated.
Being able to identify and properly assess the callers need to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Provide accurate and complete information by utilizing any system tools available.
The ability to handle any customer complaint while maintaining composure and providing any alternative solutions with limits or restrictions.
Maintaining a proper understanding of CSR expectations and delivering them in every interaction.
Meet or exceed company performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers.
Willingness to learn or improve knowledge within the company’s parameters.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate effective use of time management.
Qualified applicants should possess organizational skills as well as the ability to make independent decisions.
Must be very detail oriented.
