Job Summary
The Growth Product Manager will own and optimize the customer journey from the moment a customer arrives on our website through all subsequent touchpoints, including email, SMS and in‑store visits. This role focuses on website, email and chat conversion rate optimization.

This position is located at the corporate office in Nampa, Idaho.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Website & Digital Funnel Ownership
Own our web presence across our domains as the digital product owner
Manage the website roadmap with developers
Optimise the conversion rate based on data and analytics
Ensure legal compliance with accessibility and customer tracking
Experimentation & Conversion Optimization
Design and run ongoing A/B and multivariate tests across:
Page layouts and UX
Conversion flows
Lead capture experiences
Maintain a structured experimentation roadmap
Prioritise tests based on data, impact and effort
Analytics & Insights (Core Focus)
Own digital analytics from first website session through conversion and store visit
Heavy hands‑on use of GA4:
Funnel and path analysis
Event tracking and instrumentation
User behaviour and cohort analysis
Partner with developers to ensure accurate tracking
Build dashboards and reporting for leadership
Translate data into clear product decisions
Messaging & Lifecycle Optimization
Own customer messaging platforms:
Podium (SMS & chat)
Sailthru (email)
Design and optimise:
Lead nurturing journeys
Follow‑up and re‑engagement sequences
A/B test:
Copy and content
Timing and frequency
Message sequencing
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
5+ years in:
Product management
Growth or CRO roles
Digital experience optimisation
Strong analytical background
Deep hands‑on GA4 experience and website analytics
Proven track record of running A/B tests and interpreting results
Experience working closely with developers
Expertise in managing email and text platforms
Ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
Experience with the following is a huge plus:
Sailthru, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo
Podium or other messaging platforms
Retail or multi‑location businesses
SQL / BigQuery / advanced analytics
User research and usability testing experience
Entrepreneurial and motivated for continuous improvement
Language Skills
Strong written and verbal skills for content and reporting. Collaborate with teams and external agencies.
Spoken and written fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Computer Skills
Knowledge of online computer systems is required for successful completion of the Growth Product Manager job responsibilities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social, web), as well as analysing key metrics (CTR/conversion rates).
Basic keyboarding skills are essential.
