Corporate Marketing Manager (temp, contractor) Role Summary This role will provide temporary coverage for the Corporate Marketing Manager, ensuring continuity across corporate marketing execution, content, digital, events, sales enablement, presentations, RFP support, and leadership communications. Reporting to the CMO, this role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, partnering closely with other internal teams and external vendors to keep marketing initiatives moving forward.

Key Responsibilities Content, Messaging & Brand

Create and publish social media content (messaging and creative).

Write blog posts and other thought leadership content, including press releases and media‑ready articles.

Partner with SMEs and external writers on case studies and long‑form content.

Work with SMEs to create and update marketing materials (solution briefs, capability decks, videos, etc.).

Maintain brand standards and handle updates to internal and external materials and templates.

Email, Web & Digital

Create and deploy all email campaigns.

Manage website content updates and landing pages.

Coordinate with web and digital advertising partner on updates and campaign execution.

Ensure messaging and content are aligned across channels.

Events & Promotions

Own logistics and coordination for internal and external events (planning, promotion, assets, follow‑up).

Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for conferences, webinars, and thought leadership events.

Sales Enablement, Presentations & RFPs

Create and update presentations for Sales, Practice Leads, client meetings, and internal needs.

Assist with creation and updates of RFP and proposal content.

Support QBR presentations and client‑facing communications as needed.

Planning, Reporting & Leadership Communications

Maintain the annual marketing calendar and campaign cadence.

Create and deliver monthly marketing updates for leadership.

Support communications to clients and prospects in partnership with Sales and leadership.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with external vendors (web, digital ads, graphic design, print, etc.).

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and priorities across internal stakeholders.

Timeframe The anticipated coverage timing for this role is anticipated to be 5+ months (mid-March through end-August 2026).
