
Amazon Ads is seeking a self‑driven, highly organized, customer‑obsessed Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors in the Amazon Ads Marketing organization. This high‑impact role functions as an essential information resource and point of contact for high‑profile industry events and C‑level customer engagement. High‑judgment planning and communication skills are required.
The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of team priorities. Looking around corners, impeccable attention to detail, strong judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are all critical to success. A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is essential.
This role frequently coordinates with executive assistants and other partners across the broader Ads organization. A positive service‑oriented approach is important, as is flexibility and a willingness to turn on a dime and take effective action as priorities shift. This is a NYC based role, five days a week in‑office is required.
Key Job Responsibilities
Complex calendar management and coordination for high‑level internal and external meetings
Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
Work closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items
Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, and advertising industry professionals
Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities
Qualifications
5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive‑level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company
Experience coordinating C‑level internal and external executive engagements
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, team objectives, and business leader priorities
Strong problem‑solving skills and a team‑oriented philosophy
Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups including internal and external peers, partners, and senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
