As the firm continues to scale, they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen brand presence, support business development, and bring consistency and strategy to the firm’s marketing efforts.

Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will own and support the firm’s core marketing initiatives, including website direction, social media and email campaigns, vendor coordination, content development, and brand consistency. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who can manage multiple initiatives at once while maintaining high-quality standards across all marketing touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Drive integration and coordination of marketing efforts to ensure consistency across platforms and materials Support website updates, content edits, and coordination with web vendors on functionality and improvements Manage and support social media strategy and content creation, with a focus on LinkedIn and professional platforms Draft, edit, and format marketing materials, including attorney bios, practice descriptions, newsletters, blog posts, and digital content Assist with SEO-related initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking Track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using defined KPIs Support paid digital marketing initiatives (e.g., PPC campaigns) through coordination, tracking, and reporting Design and update visual marketing assets using tools such as Canva, ensuring brand alignment Assist with business development materials, including proposals, pitch decks, and presentations Create and maintain a marketing calendar to manage campaigns, deadlines, and firm initiatives Coordinate marketing-related projects, including events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements Ensure all marketing materials adhere to branding standards and professional guidelines Provide general administrative and project support related to marketing initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of marketing, communications, or professional services marketing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with digital marketing, SEO fundamentals, social media platforms, and brand campaigns Exposure to PPC advertising, website content management systems, and basic website functionality preferred Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience in professional services (law firm, accounting, consulting, etc.) is a plus Compensation & Benefits
