Video & Marketing Specialist
to support and execute its short‑form content and marketing strategy.
This role is in‑office Monday‑Friday (and occasional photoshoots after hours).

Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day short‑form video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging platforms
Film behind‑the‑scenes content, product features, campaign moments, and founder‑led storytelling
Edit high‑performing, trend‑driven videos optimized for engagement and conversion
Assist with creative direction and on‑set execution during campaign and photoshoot days
Support product launches and marketing campaigns with compelling video assets
Coordinate and manage influencers (outreach, briefs, timelines, approvals)
Contribute to content ideation, trend research, and viral strategy
Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent execution across platforms
Qualifications
3+ years of full‑time experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and short‑form storytelling
Confident filming and editing on iPhone and DSLR
Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Ability to adapt quickly and execute efficiently
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with video editing software
Experience with DSLR cameras and high‑quality videography
Strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and viral fashion trends
