Reports To: Marketing Supervisor
Pay Range: $20–25/hr., depending on experience
Schedule: Part-Time, 16–20 hrs./week, with occasional evening and weekend support for events as needed
Join a premier, multi-site aesthetic medical practice in Central Ohio. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Marketing & Events Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, content creation, event coordination, and brand engagement across all locations.
This is a fully onsite position requiring regular travel between locations in the central Columbus area to capture content, support events, and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing creativity with organization, has a passion for aesthetics and marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team
Capture behind-the-scenes content during treatments, events, and staff features across locations
Source, organize, and maintain photos, videos, and graphics for use across social media, email campaigns, and web content
Repurpose existing assets into fresh, engaging content aligned with seasonal promotions and treatment highlights
Develop social media posts using tools such as Canva and CapCut, including trending audio and reel/feed best practices
Write captions, short promotional blurbs, and educational posts
Ensure all content follows HIPAA and brand guidelines
Stay current on social media trends, platform best practices, and aesthetics/beauty industry updates
Collaborate with providers and staff to highlight expertise, patient success stories, and treatment results
Maintain digital asset library (tagging, filing, version control) for brand consistency and easy access
Coordinate staff treatments aligned with monthly specials to support promotional and content needs
Support in-office marketing initiatives including lobby displays, promotional signage, and monthly specials materials
Print and prepare monthly promotional materials for clinic use
Support external events including preparation, onsite assistance, follow-up, and event recaps
Track and compile event totals, outcomes, and key results
Provide hands‑on internal event support including developing themes, ordering décor, coordinating logistics, and on‑site execution
Coordinate cross‑departmental activities related to internal events and promotions
Manage donation and sponsorship fulfillment, including donation requests, silent auction items, gift bags, gift cards, and certificates
Support influencer/ambassador collaborations by coordinating deliverables, ensuring brand alignment, and holding partners accountable
Manage online reputation and review responses in alignment with tone and service standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, and/or event coordination (experience in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty preferred)
Strong content creation skills with an eye for design, composition, and brand consistency
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools
Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and best practices
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, trends, and campaign execution
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Creative, proactive problem‑solver who can contribute ideas while following brand guidelines
Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Team‑oriented, professional, and respectful of role boundaries and workflows
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and traveling between locations as needed
Preferred/Bonus Skills
Photography/videography experience and basic video editing for Reels/TikToks/Shorts
SEO or social media analytics knowledge
Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare, or cosmetic procedures
