Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Sales Support Administrator. This position plays a key role in supporting project workflows by preparing customer quotes, processing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout each phase of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute several new customer quotes daily using pricing and specifications provided by leadership Update and resend revised quotes as project details evolve Review purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal systems and approved pricing Accurately enter, verify, and maintain quote and order information Communicate with customers primarily via email regarding new and revised quotes, with occasional outbound calls as needed Provide status updates and coordinate next steps with Project Managers and Sales teams Track project-related tasks to help ensure deadlines are met Identify and address potential issues proactively to keep projects moving forward Follow established procedures while adapting to occasional manual processes Qualifications

3+ years of inside sales support or project support experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience working within Work Operating System and an ERP system Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
