Our multi-concept restaurant group, led by a nationally recognized celebrity chef, is looking for a driven, organized, relationship-obsessed

Sales & Catering Manager

to own private events, corporate partnerships, buyouts, and large-format catering across multiple properties.

This is not a clipboard-and-email job. This is a revenue-driving, brand-building, handshake-closing role.

What You’ll Own

Drive private dining and full buyout sales across multiple restaurant concepts

Prospect and secure corporate accounts, social events, weddings, brand partnerships

Build and manage inbound + outbound sales funnels

Create proposals, contracts, BEOs, and event timelines

Work directly with culinary and operations teams to execute flawlessly

Hit (and ideally exceed) aggressive but realistic revenue targets

Represent the brand at networking events and in the community

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in restaurant sales, catering, or hospitality business development

Proven revenue generation (you’ve actually closed deals, not just “supported” them)

Strong organizational skills, you can juggle multiple properties without dropping details

Polished communication skills (email, phone, in-person)

A hustle mentality with ownership mindset

Comfort working directly with high-profile clientele

Bonus Points

Experience in multi-unit groups

Established corporate or social event network

Familiarity with Tripleseat, Caterease, or similar CRM platforms
