Sales Support Coordinator – Off-Price / CPG Wholesale Join a established market leader in the

As our business continues to scale, we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a critical role in supporting high-volume retail partnerships.

This is a

Sales Support

role designed for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action- driving execution, keeping accounts running smoothly, and helping a high-performing sales team deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales Executive in growing national and international off-price retail accounts

Coordinate day-to-day account execution, including client communication, scheduling and follow-ups

Track inventory & sales performance and sell-through trends to support replenishment planning and uninterrupted supply for high-volume retail partners

Support all sales correspondence and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Track order status and collaborate closely with Production and Operations to ensure timely delivery

Prepare sales reports, account summaries, and presentation materials for internal and customer meetings

Generate customized reporting related to sales activity, territory performance, industry trends, and client data

Monitor competitive product offerings and market activity to support sales strategy

Maintain a strong working knowledge of internal systems to resolve customer inquiries, including billing, order status, and product availability

Support special projects tied to new programs, product launches, and account growth initiatives

Contribute to a collaborative team environment while delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, account coordination, or related role

Strong understanding of the

off-price wholesale market (required)

Experience working with national or regional retail accounts

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment

Strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer skills

Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with retail buyers and customers
