Position Overview We are looking for a driven, competitive, and self‑motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Norton Shores and surrounding markets. Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through prospecting and relationship building

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (industrial, construction, or fastener industry preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
