Position Overview We are looking for a driven, competitive, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Norton Shores and surrounding markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who wants to control their income and grow with a stable, locally respected company.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through prospecting and relationship building
Grow and maintain existing customer accounts
Conduct in-person visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Work closely with inside sales and operations to ensure exceptional service
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (industrial, construction, or fastener industry preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
