
Our client is seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead business development and support remediation project execution across the Southeast region. This role blends technical expertise with revenue growth, requiring someone who can both win work and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and grow existing remediation accounts across the Southeast
Support oversight of active remediation projects to ensure technical quality and client satisfaction
Prepare proposals and collaborate on remediation strategies with internal technical teams
Maintain CRM activity, revenue forecasting, and territory planning
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and regional conferences
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in environmental remediation, consulting, project management, or technical sales
Strong understanding of in situ groundwater remediation and site implementation practices
Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and generate new revenue
Comfortable working remotely with regional travel (approximately 10–15%)
Technical degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred
