This role can be performed remotely from Germany, as well as in a hybrid setup from Switzerland or partially from Slovakia.

Responsibilities

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the General Automation, Laboratory Equipment, and Automotive market segments.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize company profitability.

Manage and expand existing customer accounts by building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activity.

Support and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed established sales targets.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and sales proposals to key decision-makers.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any issues that arise.

Stay up to date with industry developments, technologies, and market advancements.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Required Skills

Minimum education: Secondary education with school-leaving examination.

English language proficiency at an advanced level (C1).

Valid Category B driving license.

Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for building long-term customer relationships.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Willingness to travel as required.
