About the Role You will be the face of Cyberella Baby, guiding families through a curated shopping experience while representing our brand’s aesthetic, values, and attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a polished sales professional who understands that true luxury lies in thoughtful service and meaningful connections.
Experienced in boutique or retail sales, confident in closing with grace and excellence
Naturally warm, charismatic, and service-oriented
Highly organized, punctual, and responsible
Proactive, with refined recommendation skills and strong client engagement
Creative, with a genuine appreciation for fashion, artisanal details, and premium children’s products
Open to learning delicate processes such as embroidery and signature gift packaging
Basic crafting or light sewing skills are considered a plus
Fully bilingual: English / Spanish
