What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients to drive growth

Conduct discovery calls to consult with prospects on their business objectives

Educate customers on how the employer's solutions can enhance their business success

Build and maintain sales pipeline and contracts within a CRM System (Salesforce.com)

Achieve quarterly recurring revenue quotas and exceed sales targets

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role

Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector

Strong interpersonal skills with leadership abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 20% of the year

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with popular business tools such as Google Work products, Tableau, and Salesforce

High business IQ and strong analytical skills for client management

Natural executive presence and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships
