Your role and responsibilities We are looking for Product Designers to join our global design organization and help build intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences for storage products. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, and product managers to translate user insights into thoughtful interfaces that empower users to work smarter. You will contribute across the full design lifecycle, creating patterns, prototypes, and polished design assets that support innovative enterprise solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Transform research insights into wireframes, workflows, and development‑ready prototypes.
Create high‑fidelity mockups, visual assets, icons, and design patterns that bring clarity and delight to user interfaces.
Contribute to the evolution of design systems, patterns, and best practices.
Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and consistency across experiences.
Design end‑to‑end scenarios, flows, and interactions for complex business processes.
Participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and iterate based on input.
Understand user and business context to ensure design decisions support product goals.

Required technical and professional expertise:
Exposure to Human‑Centered Design: Familiarity with design principles that prioritize user needs and emotions in the creation of products and services.
Experience with User Research Methods: Knowledge of research methods and facilitation techniques to explore user needs and uncover emotional connections with products and services.
Understanding of Emotional Design: Awareness of how to craft emotional design through the influence of visceral impact, behavioral influence, and reflective consequence.
Familiarity with Cross‑Disciplinary Collaboration: Exposure to working with various stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business goals.
Basic Understanding of Design Principles: Knowledge of design principles that balance practical and aesthetic considerations in the creation of products and services.
Preferred technical and professional experience:
Ability to solve user experience challenges using mockups, prototypes, and interaction patterns.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Mural, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory.
Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and modern design principles.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic team environment.
A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX thinking and visual design work.
