We are hiring driven Sales Account Executives for our Cincinnati, Ohio (45255) and Georgetown, Ohio (45121) offices. We have a small team of great people whom we work hard to take care of (just like we try to take care of our customers and the carriers we work with). WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Initiate, develop, and grow relationships with shippers and carriers in the 3PL world (extroverts, we’re looking at you)
Be responsible for weekly results focused on business development objectives, account activity, and outbound calls
When the book of business shows necessary support, you will lead and delegate operational functions to a Logistics Coordinator who will be assigned to help exclusively with your load board.
Strategize and communicate account goals and objectives to maximize account growth (and maximize the growth of your wallet!)
Negotiate rates and contracts with customers, carriers, and other various parties
Ensure customer and carrier satisfaction 24/7/365
WHAT SKILLS DO WE LOOK FOR?
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to problem‑solve and find a solution in a timely manner
The motivation and determination to succeed in a self‑sufficient role where you are trusted to get the work done without being micromanaged
Sales and/or 3PL experience is preferred, but some of the most successful Account Executives have come from restaurant, landscaping, or academic backgrounds, among others
Eagerness to grow and develop personally, professionally, and financially
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN YOU MAKE?
Our commissioned sales could earn an average of $250,000 per year.
