About the Role
Lead and develop a team of Area Growth Representatives (AGRs) while driving territory to $375K+ in annual sales growth through new account acquisition and existing account expansion. Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and performance-manage your team to KPIs Coach AGRs on closing new stocking locations and maximizing in-store execution Conduct field audits and provide hands‑on coaching Secure off‑shelf displays, secondary placements, and promotional support Partner with Account Management, Inside Sales, and cross‑functional teams Manage Salesforce pipeline, territory data, and performance reporting Own the success of HQ‑driven promotions, demos, and sampling events Qualifications
Proven track record leading field sales teams in retail/consumer goods Strong coaching and performance management skills Experience with new account acquisition and territory expansion Salesforce and GeoPointe proficiency (or strong CRM background) Data‑driven mindset with focus on KPIs and accountability Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on field execution Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Willingness to travel extensively within territory Preferred Skills
Experience with new account acquisition and territory expansion Salesforce and GeoPointe proficiency (or strong CRM background) Pay range and compensation package
