This role operates at the intersection of marketing and sales, serving as the critical link that ensures data alignment, funnel efficiency, and tool optimization. The ideal candidate will own the full HubSpot stack, manage website-to-CRM integrations like Cal.com, and deliver sharp, insight-driven dashboards and decks that empower both strategic and tactical decisions across teams. What you’ll do
Manage and own HubSpot
as the central CRM and marketing automation platform. Ensure campaigns, workflows, lead routing, and data cleanliness are maintained at a high standard. Monitor and optimize the entire funnel
, from lead generation to closed deals and deliver insights that influence performance at each stage. Develop and maintain dashboards and decks
that communicate marketing and sales performance clearly to stakeholders, with a focus on trends, anomalies, and strategic recommendations. Oversee website integrations
such as
Cal.com
, ensuring frictionless scheduling experiences and seamless data capture into the CRM. Act as the operational bridge between marketing and sales
, streamlining lead handoffs, process improvements, and campaign feedback loops. Take ownership of product-level metrics

2+ years of experience
in marketing operations or analytics roles, preferably within fast-paced startups or SaaS environments. Proven
HubSpot expertise
, including hands-on experience with workflows, pipeline management, contact segmentation, and reporting. Strong
analytical skills with a data-first mindset
