About the Role We are hiring a Strategic Marketing Specialist — a senior, commercially minded marketer who understands both branding and business development. This is not a junior execution role. This is a strategy-first position for someone who can think about:

How do we get in the door with financial advisors?

How do we position investment solutions to attract referral capital?

How do we create marketing that translates into investor conversations?

How do we support a sales team that wants introductions to advisors managing $10M+ books?

You’ll work closely with leadership to build a marketing engine that supports relationship-driven growth across the NYC financial advisory ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Strategic Positioning & Market Penetration

Develop messaging that resonates with financial advisors and RIAs

Design campaigns that generate referral relationships

Build marketing frameworks that support “advisor-to-investor” pipelines

Align brand positioning with revenue and partnership goals

Create sharp, professional marketing materials (Canva / Adobe)

Develop polished social presence (LinkedIn primary; Instagram secondary)

Produce investor-facing presentations and advisor decks

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Identify partnership opportunities within NYC advisor networks

Build outbound marketing strategies supporting sales conversations

Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy

Translate market insights into campaigns that drive measurable traction

Qualifications

6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services, asset management, alternatives, or professional services

Required Skills

Strong strategic thinking — understands how marketing supports revenue

Experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or institutional clients preferred

Strong design eye (Canva + Adobe proficiency required)

Comfortable developing thought leadership and partnership positioning

Strong communication skills — able to present ideas clearly to leadership

NYC-based and comfortable in a hybrid/in-office environment (40 hours/week)
