Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator

to amplify our mission through engaging, purpose‑driven content.

About This Role In this role, you'll strengthen our digital presence and help bring the Girl Scouts story to life, by creating engaging content, supporting coordinated marketing initiatives, and connecting members, donors, volunteers and the broader community across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative and creative support for marketing campaigns, special events and meetings.

Draft and optimize content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create graphics and short‑form videos that inspire engagement and reflect our brand.

Capture event content and transform it into engaging posts, digital stories and videos.

Collaborate across teams to manage marketing requests and track project timelines.

Draft, format, and schedule email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Maintain audience lists, and track email, website and social medical performance.

Track and analyze website and social media performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare reports with recommendations.

Support website updates to ensure accuracy and a positive user experience.

Monitor social media comments and messages, helping maintain consistent and mission‑aligned communication.

Maintain the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of newsletters and digital content.

Assist with additional projects aligned with departmental and organizational goals.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field.

2-3 years of digital marketing or communications experience.

Excellent writing, editing, and digital storytelling skills.

Experience creating photo and short‑form video content.

Proficiency with social media platforms and tools such as Canva and CapCut.

Knowledge of organic and paid social strategies across major platforms.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and AEM preferred; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Asana).

Understanding of brand consistency across channels.

Spanish proficiency a plus.

Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel locally.

Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Hiring Pay Range $25‑28 per hour.
