Known for our welcoming culture and strong sense of community, we are seeking an engaging, service-driven Head Golf Professional to lead our golf operations and elevate the member experience. The Head Golf Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional service, overseeing all golf operations, and fostering meaningful relationships with members of all ages and skill levels. This individual will serve as a visible leader, teacher, and ambassador for the club. Experience Required

Qualifications PGA Class A Member (preferred) or Associate (Level 3 or higher) in good standing (required) Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for teaching, player development, and member engagement Experience with tournament operations, merchandising, and golf technology (Golf Genius, POS systems) Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Essential Responsibilities

Lead all golf operations, including the golf shop, outside services, instruction, and tournaments Create an outstanding member and guest experience through professionalism, service, and engagement Plan and execute member tournaments, leagues, and special events in coordination with other departments Develop and promote instructional programs, clinics, and private lessons for adults, juniors, and seniors Hire, train, and lead golf shop and outside service staff Uphold rules of play, pace-of-play standards, and club policies Build strong relationships with members and contribute to retention and a positive club culture Benefits

Competitive base salary (DOE) The Head Golf Professional shall retain 100% of all revenue generated from golf lessons, clinics, and instructional services personally provided by the Head Golf Professional.
