What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate and pursue leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting and networking
Recommend wireless solutions tailored to customer needs, demonstrating T-Mobile’s value
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Develop skills in relationship management and sales techniques through training and mentorship
Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales activities and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
Experience in outside B2B sales
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a commissioned sales environment
Strong background in customer service with attention to detail
Proven negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with sales force automation tools
Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
