What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting and networking

Demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs

Negotiate and close deals with small businesses

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through participation in training and meetings

Utilize sales force automation tools to manage sales activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED required

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree preferred

1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment

Outside B2B sales experience
