Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision Identify customer needs and demonstrate T-Mobile’s value through solution-based selling Negotiate and close deals with new business clients Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment Outside B2B sales experience Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail Proven effective negotiating and closing skills Familiarity with sales force automation tools Background in telecommunications or related industry Strong problem-solving abilities
