We are seeking ambitious, logistics professionals to expand our Brokerage Sales Team. You will develop your own book of business by providing logistics/transportation solutions to customers utilizing our cutting‑edge technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create industry specific prospect lists and initiate sales calls to prospective customers
Partner with prospects/customers to understand business needs, product lines, and transportation requirements
Understand market trends to capitalize on opportunities, generate new customers and grow book of business
Market SFL services through calls, emails, texts, social media, in‑person visits with current customers and prospects
Provide exceptional service ensuring all customer needs are met with integrity and professionalism
COMPENSATION Base Salary, Plus Commission both increasing as targets are met; Generous Benefits
LOCATION Rochester, Michigan - In Office
QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for sales that is self‑directed
Ability to cold call and develop new business; Highly effective phone and communication skills
Familiar with load boards, TMS, negotiating rates and transportation industry
Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry
Some evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
