Our client is a South Florida based flood-prevention company specializing in proactive solutions that protect homes and businesses from flooding, storm surge, and water intrusion. Our mission is to provide reliable, high-quality flood mitigation systems while delivering exceptional customer service to our local community. Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through field-based sales activities, customer education, and relationship building. This role involves meeting with homeowner associations, commercial business owners, and insurance brokers and adjusters to assess flood-risk concerns and recommending customized flood-prevention solutions. This position is ideal for motivated individuals with experience in sales, business development, B2B, or B2C environments, though prior sales experience is not required. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person sales appointments with residential and commercial prospects Educate customers on flood-prevention products and services Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and local networking Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts Track sales activities and customer interactions accurately Collaborate with operations and management to ensure smooth project handoff Represent the company professionally in the field and at community events Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable working with homeowners and business owners Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales, outside sales, B2B, B2C, or business development Construction, home services, or storm-protection industry experience Spanish language skills (a plus) Familiarity with South Florida residential or commercial markets Skills & Competencies
