Personal Lines Producers
to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to contribute to the expansion of an agency. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for building client relationships, and the ability to generate new business. This is a fully in-office position, offering a supportive environment with an Account Management team to handle service tasks, allowing you to focus on sales and client acquisition.
Compensation Package
Base Salary : Up to $55,000 annually
Commission : 35% on new business
Benefits : Competitive benefits package, including 401(k)
Responsibilities
Generate and close new business opportunities, focusing on personal lines insurance policies.
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, with an expectation of writing $150,000 worth of business per quarter.
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
Handle standard market accounts, with the potential to work on high-net-worth accounts as opportunities arise.
Collaborate with the in-office Account Management team to ensure seamless service for clients.
Utilize a hunter mentality to identify and pursue new sales opportunities with minimal leads provided by the agency.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
Ability to work effectively in a fully in-office environment.
