
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This position focuses on managing a diverse personal lines book of business, primarily consisting of standard accounts with some exposure to more complex, high-net-worth accounts. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in personal lines account management, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering consistently high levels of client service.
Compensation Package
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000+ annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Manage renewal marketing and coordinate with carriers.
Handle new business marketing, quoting, and proposal preparation.
Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and carriers via email and phone.
Complete ACORD applications and follow up on client inquiries.
Maintain a focus on 90% renewals and 10% new business.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in personal lines account management.
Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS 360, Newton).
Knowledge : Familiarity with carriers such as Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Acuity, Chubb, AmTrust, CNA, and Utica.
Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and excellent communication abilities.
